I am a real estate agent. I help families purchase homes and real estate agents grow their business.

I am a South Carolina native and have resided in Columbia for over 20 years. I am knowledgeable of all of Columbia’s communities including Downtown, Blythewood, Elgin, Lexington, and the surrounding areas and enjoy the variety of challenges offered by the real estate profession. With experience in investment properties, commercial real estate, land, existing homes and new construction, I work closely with my clients to understand their goals and aspirations. I strive to apply my knowledge, experience and energies to ensuring that my clients buy or sell their home for the best price, in the shortest possible length of time.

Every transaction is approached with the enthusiasm of the first and the awareness that my honesty, integrity and effectiveness are the factors that will lead to client satisfaction and a business built on referrals. I dedicate myself to giving my very best effort to every sale and, as a result, I now consider many of my clients my friends.

A proud Cartus Network Affinity Specialist, working with our servicemen and women is one of my greatest rewards.

My husband, Stacey, and I live in the SE area of Columbia with our two sons ages 12 and 15. Stacey and I are both college graduates and he works as Principal of a local elementary school. Our sons are active in both basketball, Cross Country, and track. Giving back is a big part of our family values as well as ERA Wilder’s culture and I am very active in the community and in my church.

I welcome an opportunity to assist you as your real estate agent or to help you grow your real estate business. I am never too busy for your referrals. It’s all about you – I do not sell, I serve.

This is my story:

I remember sitting at my desk almost five years thinking that I wanted something better for my career. I wanted financial freedom, to have my dream career while impacting the community, and to spend more time with my family. I decided that living my dream was only one decision away. I wanted to go to Real Estate school but realized at the time that I did not have the money to pay for school or the time to attend classes which held at night or on the weekends.

With a full-time job, supporting my husband in his new career as a Principal, and a busy mom, there was no way that I would be able to go to Real Estate school. After much thought and prayer I decided to attend Real Estate School at night I was then on my pathway to prosperity. After classes every night I studied until 1 AM I was determined to take the exam and pass the test the first time. When I passed the test I was overwhelmed with joy. I remember being excited about what I would do to change others lives through home ownership and education. You see, I had a not so pleasant experience with the purchase of my first home. The Real Estate agent did not have my best interest at heart they were simply in it for the money.

I had doubts about leaving my career of 4 years with the government where I received great benefits and a paycheck twice a month to transition to a career that would be based on 100% commission.

For the next year trained on my lunch break attended meetings when I could, showed homes after work and on the weekends when I wasn’t spending time with my family, or attending church and community events. In the first 2 years I sold 3 houses. I realized how rewarding it was to hand someone the keys to their dream home and to recognize how good it made them feel.

The glowing smiles made me feel like this was my purpose, this is was a pivotal point for me, my pathway to prosperity. I was missing out on helping the community, I was missing out on serving the community through Real Estate. I left my government job and started serving my community, but not just through Real Estate, I was able to spend time with my family, with friends, and I had the flexibility of making my own schedule and my own work hours.

After my first full year I realized that my passion for helping others was by far greater than I ever expected, this was life changing. As a young girl I had watched my mom a single parent work 3 jobs as a single parent and still struggle to make ends meet but her determination to provide for my brothers and I were unwavering. I had the same determination and drive but realized that I wanted to have a different path financially. I realized that Real Estate would be my Pathway to Prosperity.

I took lots of advise from others and experimented with different ideas. I then developed a business plan, hired a coach, and began to take ownership of my business. I sharpened my saw by taking training classes that would fit my lifestyle. I also took the time to I began to think about who I wanted to do business with and began to do business with a purpose. I have become a valuable resource for Real Estate in my community and among my peers.

The people that I serve are women that are like minded, career driven and goal oriented. Women that are doing well but know that they have the potential to be more and do more to serve others but need guidance, they need an easy routine to get them to the next level. I help you focus on five main areas that will help you define your destiny: Your mindset, career, finances, relationships, and health.
